How To Book
You’ve seen the beauty treatment you want, so what do you do next? (for nutrition and personal training services, please contact the therapist first).1. Once you have selected the treatments you would like, firstly ensure you are able to have them: Check the contraindications section. If you are unsure about any contraindication, please ring or email the therapist for more information.
2. Once you have decided on an when you'd like your appointment, you can either ring or email the therapist. Bookings are based on ‘first come, first served’. Whichever method the therapist gets to first (internet or phone), the first client will get first opportunity for that particular time slot.
Although every effort will be made to meet your requirements, please try to book your appointment at least 3 days in advance.
3. If you book your appointment online, you will receive a confirmation email from the therapist which will display all the details of your appointment and include the total cost of the booking.
4. Once your appointment has been booked and confirmed, if this is your first appointment with My Urban Beauty, please print off a copy of the client card. Please fill in the client card and bring it with you to your first appointment. Filling in the client card before coming to your appointment, cuts down appointment time which means you are ‘in and out’ quicker!
Please fill the card in with block capitals and as accurately as possible. Please remember this is an important document and can be used as evidence in a court of law (though hopefully it will never need to be that!). Please be aware, by signing the client card, it is assumed you have checked that you are not contraindicated for your treatments.
5. That’s it – your done! Hope you have a wonderful treatment!
6. Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, it would be very much appreciated if you did this by phone. Please be aware, 24 hours notice or more is required if you wish to re-arrange your appointment and keep your deposit!
