Where and when can I have my pamper party?

Pamper parties are held at the beauty salon at 12 Weston Rd, Aston-on-Trent, Derby, DE72 2AS. Free parking is available on the street outside.
Pamper parties are available 7 days a week, anytime from 10am to 8pm at night.

What happens at a pamper party?

Food, refreshments and music are situated in the reception room where guests stay whilst waiting for their treatments.
Guests will be called for their treatments and they will take place in one of the two beauty rooms. Guest’s treatments are aimed to be staggered so that no guest receives their treatments all at once. Goody bags are given out at the end of the party.
Decorations may be put up for a special occasion either by yourself or the therapist. This can be done before or on the day.

What food and drink is served?

The cold buffet consists of a selection of breads/rolls with meats and cheeses, crisps and dips and a fresh salad. Vegetarian/vegans and most special dietary requirements can be catered for.
Drinks consist of fresh, cold water, fruit juice and small cans of fizzy drinks.

Extra food, for example, birthday cake can be brought to the pamper party provided any excess mess is kept to a minimum.
Alcohol may also be brought but it is expected guests will drink responsibly and keep consumption to a minimum as when alcohol is combined with certain treatments, it can sometimes leave the client feeling unwell.

How much does a pamper party cost?

There are three price lists available:
For £25, clients can choose 2 treatments from a reduced treatment list. The reduced treatment list is:

• Mini facial (excludes massage)
• Back massage
• St Tropez spray tan (1 full body layer only)
• Eye lash tint
• Eye lash perm
• Foot massage
• Mini manicure (file, cuticle work, scrub, moisturize, paint)
• Mini pedicure (file, cuticle work, scrub, moisturize, paint)

For £35, a guest can choose any 2 treatments off the standard price list, excluding deluxe or luxury treatments.

For £40, a guest can choose any 2 treatments off the price list including any deluxe or luxury treatments.

Extra treatments can be purchased but will be charged at their usual price. Some treatments (e.g. eyelash tinting or perming) will require a patch test 24 hrs prior to the pamper day.

How do I book a pamper party?

A booking form is on the back of this flyer, simply fill it in and either hand it in or send it back to the beauty therapist.

A £10, non-refundable deposit is required from every guest when booking a pamper party. The pamper party will not be confirmed until every person’s deposit has been paid which will leave your slot available for other people to take it.

If circumstances happen, your booking can be re-arranged to another day, however 48hrs notice must be given to either cancel or modify your booking otherwise you will lose your deposit and you will be required to pay another deposit.

Once all deposits have been received, a confirmation letter will be sent to the head person’s address.

Is there anything I need to do on the day?

Please try to arrive around 15 minutes before so we can ensure your treatments start on time.

Please bring dark clothing if you are receiving the spray tan and bring flip flops if you are having a pedicure.

We can accept cash, cheque or card payments for products and treatments. Although we will endeavour to have change for purchases, please try to have some with you as well.
